Looking for insight on a couple issues. Our church attendance has dropped significantly in the last 5 years. Presently we have 12 to 14 for the morning service. We have been praying for change with sunday school and attendance, but have no results. The issue I'm having is the fact some members arrive very late, and also a teacher that does not even prepare for the class or even conduct it anymore... they just conduct a general thru the week summary of what their week was like. To me how can we expect to be blessed with answered prayer for the needs of the church when we cannot do what were expected to do? How can you express the importance without offending anyone.....? Any advice would be appreciated.. Thank You
