Where should the line be between Religion and Sports.

Currently, sports respect some religious holidays. Obviously, it would be hard for sporting events to revolve their schedule around ALL religious holidays.... as it would severely reduce the number of days per year that games and practice could be held on.

Should sports not recognize any religious holidays?

Should it make an effort to recognize all of them?

there is no line to be drawn. sports is not in competition with religion and religious holidays are not infallible where someone sins if they watch or play a sporting event on those days.  it would be immpossible for them to schedule their games around religious holidays for almost every day, somewhere in the world there is one.

sports does not have to recognize those days either but of course it depends upon the definition placed upon the word 'recognize' by the OP.
