How do Christians feel about karma?

The very idea of Karma conflicts with the Christian beliefs of the afterlife.

Karma says that whatever transgression you commit in this life will be punished in your following lives. So lets say that you murder someone in this life. Your next 1,000 years of life in this world will be spent as a donkey or a mule or some other beast of burden while your soul works off its debt. It is a Hindu belief

Christianity states that you go to hell for all eternity if you die with a sin such as murder on your soul.

Christians belief and affirm that no one comes to God except through Jesus Christ.

There are rewards in this life and in the next life.  "God is not mocked" says the Scripture.  "Whatsoever you sow, you shall also reap."

But that is rewards.  Salvation, or heaven if you prefer, is received only through faith in Jesus Christ.

Not unless you redefine it to mean reaping consequences in THIS life.  But I don't think that's what they mean by "karma".  As I recall, that's a Hindu concept.
